Every year, Club Penguin host a paper boat scavenger hunt during the Island Adventure Party. During 2011, I think it will return as always. The scavenger hunt of 2008 featured Paper Boats, which were used to create the blueprints to Rockhopper’s ship. The scavenger hunt of 2010 featured Paper boats, which were used to create a treasure map.
This year I believe the paper boats will be used to create and actual clothing item. Below I have created images of the Paper Boat Hat item:
